Event Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and appreciate your understanding as we plan and prepare for each event with care.

Refund requests made more than 3 days prior to the event date are eligible for a refund, minus a $5 AUD processing and administration fee.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued within 3 days of the event, as catering, materials, and event preparations will already have been finalised. However, if you are unable to attend due to illness, your registration may be transferred as a credit toward a future event of equal value.

All refund or transfer requests must be submitted via email.
